Security of Ordering Online
We are committed to ensuring your security when ordering online. We use a 128 bit SSL encryption security system.
We use eWay (http://www.eway.com.au) to process your credit card payment. Your credit card details are never handled by our system and we do not receive a copy of your credit card number. eWay is a trusted Australian Credit Card processor that is used by thousands of websites to process credit card online.
Tips for Ordering Safely Online
Never submit your credit card details over an insecure site. Furthermore, don't simply believe that because a site claims to be secure, that it is. Check your browser - a small, locked padlock somewhere on the base of your browser will indicate that a site is secure. A https:// URL also indicates a secure server.
Delivery Policy
At Amaranthine we offset our fuel emisiions for every delivery by using a Greenfleet registered vehical, which means our impact on the environment from carbon emissions is reduced. For information on Greenfleet Australia or to register your vehical visit www.greenfleet.com.au
Amaranthine can deliver to areas throughout Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. For deliveries outside of our delivery radious, we will relay your order to a member of the Petals Florist Network. All international orders are relayed through the Petals Florist Network.
Delivieries to local areas are guaranteed for orders placed before 3pm EST on weekdays and before 12pm on Saturday. Delivery on Sunday and public holidays is not available. For orders placed after the cut off times, delivery will be completed on the next business day if same day delivery is not available.

In order to successfully complete delievries within the required time frame, the following information must be provided when ordering:
- recipients full name
- full address including unit numer (if applicable) and contact phone number. A business name must also be provided for deliveries to commercial addresses
Please note: all deliveries to hospitals require a ward name and bed number. If the patient is admitted under a maiden name or alias, this must also be provided.
Amaranthine will consider the delivery is completed when:
- the order is recieved directly by the recipient
- the order is delivered to the specified address and left in a safe and convenient location
If the recipient is not at home and there is no suitable location in which to leave the order, a "not at home" delievry notice will be left. This card provides all conatct information for Amaranthine. The recipient is then required to contact us to arrange an alternate delivery time.
Amaranthine does give refunds for orders that are unable to be delievered if:
- the address details are incorrect
- the recipient will not accept delivery
Please be sure to provide any additional information to help us deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you have any further questions, please phone our Darby Street store directly.
All local deliveries will be completed by our own courier delivery vehical.
Refunds
It is not the policy of Amaranthine to give refunds for orders if:
- you cancel your order less that 24hrs in advance
- the delivery details are incorrect and the delivery cannot be completed
- the recipient does not respond to "not at home" notices left on previous delivery attempts
Refunds will be given in exceptinal circumstances. If you have nay questions regarding refunds, please contact our Darby Street store directly.
Privacy
Amaranthine does not share any consumer information with third parties, in compliance with the Australian Privacy Amendment Act 2001.
Amaranthine does not collect or hold any credit card information.
Transaction Currency
All prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars. All credit card transactions will be processed in Australian dollars.
Substitution
Amaranthine reserves the right to substitute products where necessary. This may occure when
- the selected colour is unavailable
- the seleceted product type is out of season
- the quality of the selected product does not meet our high standards
We will endevour to update our website according to availabilty of stock but in some cases, seasonal variation may occur.
